  You need an appointment in order to get help. Their products are extremely expensive. They don't have prices on their products, you have to ask. I could not get anyone to wait on me so I have to go back and get help. The contractor I am working with suggested them, but I find it impossible to get help unless I call up in advance and make an appointment. So it is not consumer friendly.
  
  The phone help is not very good either. They are not friendly. I will go elsewhere to get my products.
